Terms & Conditions

01. Service Agreement

By engaging properly with Kanat, you agree to the terms outlined herein. Our services are defined by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon at project initiation.

02. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables become your exclusive property. Kanat retains rights to preliminary concepts, unused drafts, and our underlying agentic frameworks and reusable code libraries.

03. Payment Protocols

Invoices are issued according to the SOW schedule. Late payments may incur a suspension of agent activities. All transactions are securely processed via Stripe or direct wire transfer.

04. Limitation of Liability

Kanat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our maximum liability does not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project segment in question.

05. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Compensation for work completed up to the termination date is non-refundable.
